LeChess Club Championship Tourney

LeChess Club will be running a Championship in the form of a 7 round Swiss Tournament to find champions in the following rating sections;
The winner of each section will be awarded a 3 week ICC extension as well as the crown of Section Champion.
The Championship will be open to all, and restricted to, members of LeChess Club.
The time control for Championship Tourney games is 60 30
Each round will last for three weeks, during which time the players are to arrange their playing times in the forum and play their games.
The rating of each competitor shall be fixed by the TD for the duration of the tournament which will be determined using a calculation based up on the members rating over the preceding 2 months.
All players shall be entered into a single pool and opponents in each round shall be determined using the FIDE Swiss Pairing system.
LeChess members taking part in this tourney must be registered with the LeChess Club Forum before they compete in the LeChess Club Championship. Once members have registered with the forum they should then register for the Tournament by making a post in the Entrance Gate thread which is listed under the heading "LeChess Swiss Championship 2007"
Players shall be available to play their game at the agreed start time. A forfeit loss will be awarded to any player who is not on line and ready to play within 30 minutes of the agreed start time
All games must be rated. If the game was started unrated, the game must be restarted with the correct setting. If the colours or the time control were not set to the correct values then;
If a player disconnects during the game then he has 15 minutes to reconnect to the server and resume the game. If a player disconnects for a total of thirty minutes during a game then the opponent may claim a set game win.
While the game is in progress the players shall not discuss the game in the channel or in tells. It is recommended that all players use the set quietplay=1 or the set allowkib=2 commands
Noescape should be set to 0. If a player disconnects and forfeits the game the result will stand
No player shall offer more time and neither shall any player offer or accept takebacks. Offenders will be awarded a set game loss.
